Scope
This policy covers the KeterCotra website and apps published by Keter Consulting & Trading Ltd, including NotchPocket, Lumina, and In And Out.
Local app data
Our apps are designed to work locally. Files, time records, preferences, thumbnails, and permissions remain on your device unless you explicitly share or export them. The apps do not include advertising identifiers, analytics, or a publisher-operated account system.
Support messages
If you email info@ketercotra.com, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and retain it only as long as needed for support or legal obligations.
Website requests
Opening a KeterCotra page sends an ordinary web request to our hosting provider. These pages do not provide an app-file upload form. Browser settings control cookies and other local website storage.
Apple purchases and sharing
Apple handles App Store payments and payment information. NotchPocket shares files only when you drag them to another app or choose AirDrop. The receiving app or Apple handles that transfer under its own policies.
Your choices
You can remove watched folders and local records from each app, stop emailing support, and request access, correction, or deletion of support correspondence by contacting info@ketercotra.com.
